Tres Palmas is a new ocean view villa located on a breezy hillside on the north shore of Vieques, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, Culebra and St. Thomas. Tres Palmas sits on one acre, affording privacy and tranquility, yet it is only 5 minutes from the restaurants and shopping of Isabel II. The villa is a 5 minute walk from a lovely snorkeling beach, and a short drive to many other beaches, including Sun Bay.

The village of Isabel II is 5 minutes away with grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, the Post Office, the Ferry and art galleries. There are two small convenience stores one minute away and a gourmet grocery store just a few minutes away.
